Filtration process
Dirty water enters the filter inlet and then passes through the fine filter screen from inside to outside. At this time, impurities thicker than the mesh are intercepted and accumulated on the inner surface of the filter screen to form filter cakes, which can also catch some finer impurities in the water.
During sewage discharge, the sewage is discharged through the drain outlet, and the differential pressure switch continuously detects the pressure difference inside and outside the filter screen. When the preset value is reached, a switch signal will be transmitted to the control box to start a cleaning cycle.

Self cleaning process
The cleaning mechanism of the filter is a stainless steel 304 material suction scanner that rotates and moves up and down. It is a hollow structure, with several suction ports evenly distributed on the suction scanner. The inside of the suction scanner is connected to a 3 "electric drain valve. When the electric drain valve is opened, the pressure difference between the internal water pressure of the filter and the external atmosphere creates a strong suction force at each suction port, The water flows out of the filter screen at a reverse high speed from the outside to the inside, flushing impurities down into the scanner and discharging them through the drain valve. The high-speed reverse water flow at the suction port is sufficient to suck away stubborn impurities on the filter screen. The suction scanner is driven by a bidirectional electric motor connected to a screw device and performs a spiral reciprocating motion at a fixed rotational speed, so that multiple suction nozzles can suck through the entire inner surface of the filter screen. This process takes approximately 30-120 seconds. During the entire backwash process, the system does not shut down.
